SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with us at Chalked Co
All items online (excluding Pre-Order) are readily available at our warehouse and will be packed/dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note, we do not ship items over the weekend or on public holidays. During busy periods, dispatch may take longer.
You will be notified by email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
For shipping within Australia, we use EParcel via Australia Post.
Standard shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia.
For fast shipping (2-5 days depending on your location in Australia), please select the Express post option.
All parcels require signature on delivery unless you provide Authority to Leave during checkout, so we recommend you provide an address where you will be during normal business hours. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, the delivery person will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and the location from which you can pick up your parcel.
Western Australia/Non Metro locations:
There may be some additional fees to remote/rural areas & Western Australia. If this is the case, you will be notifed via email of these additional charges. If you are not willing to pay the additional charges, you order will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For International shipping we use EParcel via Australia Post and TNT.
Please note depending on the destination, some International orders may incur customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. The responsibility which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, nor can we mark International orders as a gift or lower the value in attempt to reduce any customs fees.
Orders to Russia must be delivered to a business address.
If you are ordering from Brazil, please enter your Tax ID (CPF number) in delivery instructions.

Returns Policy
Returns
We hope you love our Chalked Co purchase! However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.
We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty – if this does occur please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to [email protected] for further review.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.
Sale Items
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Exchanges
For all online exchanges, please email [email protected] with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Once we have received your items you will be issued a credit note for the cost of those items, enabling you to repurchase any new products from our website.
To exchange an online purchase in store, please bring your items which must not be worn or washed and quote your order number to our friendly staff members.
Credit Note
A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
